Het begint langzaam aan te kriebelen bij iedereen die een ijshockey hart heeft. De eerste oefenwedstrijden zijn vastgelegd en op zondag 5 september om 19:00u valt de eerste officiële puck weer op het Geleense ijs.

Het team van Jeffrey van Iersel, EG Diez Rockets Limburg, is dan te gast in Glanerbrook. Het team van cheftrainer van Iersel bevat een aantal oude bekenden uit de Bene League zoals Reed en Matheson.

Een week later op zondag 12 september zijn de Bulldogs uit Luik te gast in Geleen. Ook dat is weer een terugkeer van een aantal bekenden, want trainer Uli Egen en speler Levi Smeets hebben een Eaters verleden. Ook deze wedstrijd begint om 19u.

Na een weekje 'rust"  (misschien volgt er nog een in wedstrijd in het vrije weekend) volgt een dubbele confrontatie met de Sharks uit Mechelen. Op zaterdag 25 september spelen we om 20:15u in Mechelen en een dag later om 19u komt het team met onze oud captain Vadim dan op bezoek in Geleen.

De laatste week voor de start van de competitie zal er een dubbel met Den Haag op het programma staan. Op vrijdag 1 oktober spelen we in de Uithof om 20:45u en op zondag 3 oktober om 19u zal het team van trainer Eimers te gast zijn in het Geleense.

We hopen zo snel mogelijk te melden hoe we de toegang tijdens de wedstrijden kunnen en moeten regelen i.v.m. de covid-19 richtlijnen.
