Met de terugkeer van aanvaller Nick Verschuren moet het nu 3x scheepsrecht worden om voor de titel te gaan. Nick was al Eaters speler in het jaar dat Geleen de Beker won in 2010. Na diverse jaren in Eindhoven en vele goals keerde hij in 2018 terug in Glanerbrook, in zijn eerste jaar was hij goed voor 70 punten en werd hij topscoorder van Nederland. Na een moeilijk 2e seizoen haalde zijn huidige coach Jeffrey van Iersel hem naar Herentals.
